Our life coaching sessions are 30-minute long contacts each week conducted by phone, over the internet or by email, based on your preferences, with the duration, agenda and goals determined by you.  I know that with commitment comes accountability and determination, so my fee schedule has been designed to provide significant savings if you commit to more than one session at a time.  My services are payable in advance.  Payment is accepted with major credit cards through PayPal or by personal check.
